Bike Itaú | Strategy, Brand Architecture & Brand Design
Itaú Unibanco was the first bank in Brazil to invest in urban sustainable mobility by launching in 2010 the first and still the largest bike-sharing service: bike Itaú. In 2020 we worked on restructuring bike Itau’s brand architecture and identity to improve its communication and relation to Itaú Unibanco’s pillars. Reaffirming its concern with and investments in sustainable urban mobility, Itaú also incorporated electric bikes into the service and launched the first electric car-sharing app: vec Itaú.

Itaú Unibanco | My role: responsible for this project’s management, development, and implementation. We interviewed users in all cities where the initiative is active to make better decisions on the brand’s evolution. I worked in a team conducting strategic planning, brand architecture, redesign, and communication. Narrowed the relationship with suppliers and stakeholders and also facilitated the launch of bike Itaú’s electric version in partnership with Tembici.
